Well, he’s going to keep the belt. If the CSAC hadn’t blown it, they’d have probably given him the full stint, but because of their incompetence, they reduced the suspension. It does look slightly better for Sherk, but he’s still guilty of using an illegal substance.

He’s going to be available to fight in JANUARY. He’s been serving his suspension during the appeal, so he’ll be available soon. This could lead to a fight sometime after March, against the winner of BJ Penn vs. Joe Stevenson.
